- Reversely modeled the main building from aerial photos using NX.

After I graduated from Shanghai Weiyu High School in 2019, I was wondering if there is a way to recreate my memories through recreating physical objects. Using aerial images I took years ago, I am able to reversely model the most iconic building on campus, "Boyu Building".

Then, I tried to integrate an LED system to illuminate the model. With a set of LED light strip rated at 12V input, I designed a battery system to power the model assembly so that the model can be lighted without the limitation of power cord.

A 18650 battery is chosen to complete the battery system due to its high energy density and small volume. A 3D printed enclosure has been designed and manufactured to carry the cell battery and battery power board. A USB Type-C module is chosen as charging inlet.

By pressing the button, a constant voltage of 12V will be given by the power system to the model lighting system.
