Apple Watch Series 10 Lineup

I contributed to the development and failure analysis of the housing component of Apple Watch Series 10 at HSG vendor site prior to the P2 phase. I specifically led the failure analysis following post-reliability water resistance testing, focusing on the integration of the crystal dome, metal back panel, and housing with injection antenna filling. I employed cross-sectional cuts, leakage detection, and CT-scans to conduct on-site failure analysis (FA), addressing cohesive and adhesive failures in the injection filling.

Additionally, I spearheaded the creation and implementation of a data-driven failure tracking system across multiple housing vendor sites. This system tracked over 100 failure units and automatically generated failure rates, providing critical insights for material/processes/configuration selection. It compiled module-level post-reliability FA results and visually guided the failure analysis process based on injection and housing materials.
