Designed and developed a state-of-the-art manual coin bending machine, integrating a traditional die press with a novel Rolla-V structure, ensuring consistent and precise bending operations. The machine boasts dimensions of 245 mm x 73 mm x 343 mm, and is capable of translating a 200 N input force into a 5000 N target bending force, thanks to its 25:1 lever arm length ratio. This design ensures ease of operation by an average worker without compromising on the bending efficiency.
